Feb 5th Shop meeting synopsis:

The point of shop meetings is to catch up the team at the same time so it is time efficient and everyone is brought up to speed at the same time, so I don’t have extra work on my plate like what I’m doing right now, relistening to Doreen’s phone recording in between appointments.

 Calendar 3 months out:

*Thursday the 12th, Doreen will be going to the LA Fitness from 4:45pm-7:00pm for the local small business spotlight, so if you want her to have more than stickers, business cards and portfolios, let us know so we can have a bag ready for her of all wanted items. 

*Friday the 13th, Crazy Mike will be here all-day filming and  **masseuse giving chair massages.

For this Friday the 13th, get files with layers in DropBox so we can print them out at apartment to get them on the front desk

 **Just checked IG and masseuse took client appointments for the 13th so will no longer be available.

Next Friday the 13th is March and then, Caroline and Rich will share a station.  

Do we want to offer same flash at same price point or make new sheets?

*May the 4th be with you is a Monday and no one who works Mondays was in attendance to ask if this is something that they would like to do.  Caroline has Star Wars Flash, and could come in that day, but it would have to be a short day since there will have a board meeting that evening.  How would we like to proceed?

*Asbury Park Pride will be happening June 7th, Sunday, if you want to make anything or have anything for the Chinese auction fundraiser for Rainbow Railroad, please get it to us prior. 

*Conventions calendar 2026: I know there are more but only had these written into the agenda: Mohegan Sun, Paradise Gathering, I will reach out to Andre about Mohegan Sun

*Marketing/Social Media:

Take a Duck Leave a Duck Found a library got it in the Amazon cart, will then give to Rich to make it duckie.  Use UK duck in marketing advertisements but never to be put out into the duck house.

*Printful: need designs for items, Doreen has populated our online shop but it is in need of artwork, not expecting new work, stuff that already exists, like flash or no shows, not expecting more effort. Want to have a RE logo line, Caroline line, Rich line, Koryn line, Casey line. Then Printful items need to get it into marketing rotation, along with the artwork.   

*Budget: Didn’t have time to get it together for this meeting but will happen next meeting, will keep it simple, what came in and what went out over the month.  If you want more granular then Tom can go over that.

*Supplies: Whoever is the one grabbing the last of whatever from clean room needs to put it in the group chat! Doreen mentioned dry erase board in the room but I said that like when in the UK, we can’t see the dry erase board, and we could have been able to order a new carrier if we knew we were in need.
